Ashes of the Empire prerelease event

Get hands on the new cards early and battle it out for exclusive prizing, each player will receive a sealed Pre Release kit for Ashes of the Empire containing 6 booster packs of Ashes of the Empires well as other parts you need in order to play the game. 

Format Swiss Sealed 

The primary format of Pre-release events, sealed play is a limited format that combines the limited card pool aspect of draft play with the more open-ended deckbuilding approach of constructed. Like draft play, everyone starts the event off on equal footing, and like constructed play, this format gives you the opportunity to let your deckbuilding skills shine.

At the beginning of a sealed play event, you will open six booster packs. You must use the cards within those packs to build a deck while adhering to the following rules:

Your deck must consist of exactly one leader, exactly one base, and a minimum 30-card draw deck. Your sideboard includes all of the other cards you opened from your packs.  

You can use any common base for your deck, even one that did not come from one of the booster packs you opened. You can only use a rare base if it was in one of the booster packs you opened.

Your draw deck can include any number of copies of the same card.  

Prizing 

Additional booster packs will be provided to top cut players depending on the number of player count.
