Pokémon Pocket 3 Deck Tournament

Celebrate the successful release of the new Pokémon Pocket app with a Swiss tournament for Grand Prizes. 

Date: Every Friday night 

Check in: 6.00pm

Start: 6.30pm 

format: Swiss

Rules: For this event we have our own unique rules they are as follows; 

Each player will select 3 decks for the event, each deck must have different energy types, (If possible please only have the 3 decks you will be playing in the tournament built on your account). 

You and your opponent will play best of 1 games using each of your decks, with the winning deck staying on for the next game and the deviated player switching to one of their other decks, if a deck looses a game it is eliminated from the match, if a player wins a game against all 3 of your opponents decks they win the match. 

Prizing; 

Each participant will add £2 to the top end prize pool in the form of a Google play store or Apple play store voucher that best suites the winning players.

The prizing will be distributed as following depending on the total amount of players. 

up to 8 players - 1st place only 

up to 16 players - 1st and 2nd place 

up to 32 players - Top 4 

Prizing will be scaled depending on your finish with 1st place receiving the majority. 

If you have any questions or are unsure on any of the rules please ask a member of staff, as this tournament is ran using the Pokémon pocket software there will not be any judges for this event but all rulings and fair play will be overseen by the staff. It is not possible to take back a play or repair a game state, but game wins/loss/restarts can be issued by the event organiser. You must bring your own devices and you must make sure that it is already linked to you Pokémon pocket account and that the app is updated, please make sure that your device is fully charged and bring a suitable charger or battery pack with you.
